Ceco Concrete Construction in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Laborer I to support concrete construction operations. This entry-level role involves assisting skilled trades, preparing sites, and handling materials.

You will operate basic tools, work in varied weather, and contribute to foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance, and have a willingness to work hard and learn on site.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions on construction sites.
• Preference for 12+ months of formwork or concrete labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, site clean-up, and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools (saws, hammers, nails, bolts).
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores.
• Balance safety with productivity while working in adverse weather.
• Support crew in foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs construction.
