Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Laborer I at our Atlanta, GA location. The role supports concrete construction operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and preparing job sites for pours.

The Laborer I will handle materials, operate basic tools, and help with forming. Candidates should have physical strength, good balance, and safety awareness; OSHA 30 is desirable and some formwork/concrete experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs; up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as required on construction sites.
• Frequent use of hand tools and power tools such as saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Preferred 12 months of formwork or concrete labor experience with satisfactory performance.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and basic power tools used in concrete construction.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and support pouring of vertical concrete.
• Install required forms and reshores per instructions.
• Work in varying conditions, including exposure to weather, noise and dust.
