Job summary

SG Inc. is expanding its team in Sacramento, CA, and seeks entry-level Client Representatives to represent nonprofit organizations at live events, community outreach campaigns, and face-to-face fundraising initiatives. You'll welcome attendees, start conversations, and explain a nonprofit's mission, helping create experiences that encourage involvement.

No fundraising or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on development start from day one, with coaching in customer service,

Qualifications

No fundraising or sales experience is required.
Paid entry-level training provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service or events is helpful but not required.
Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

Meet and speak with people at community events, retail activations, and fundraising campaigns.
Introduce attendees to nonprofit organizations and their missions.
Have genuine, face-to-face conversations with potential donors.
Explain campaign initiatives and answer questions clearly and confidently.
Help partners connect with new supporters and expand community awareness.
Provide a welcoming experience at each event.
Assist with event prep, registration areas, materials, and breakdown.
Share campaign observations with team leaders.
Work with other representatives to meet event and fundraising objectives.
Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing professional development.
