Job summary

We're expanding our team and looking for Entry-Level Client Representatives to represent nonprofit organizations at live events, community outreach campaigns, and face-to-face fundraising initiatives.

You'll be part of the team that brings a campaign to life in the community. Your day may include welcoming event attendees, starting conversations with potential donors, explaining a nonprofit's mission, answering questions, and helping create an experience that encourages people to get involved.

No fundraising or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, coaching, and hands-on development from the start.

Your Day-to-Day

• Meet and speak with people at community events, retail activations, and fundraising campaigns
• Introduce attendees and community members to nonprofit organizations and their missions
• Have genuine, face-to-face conversations with potential donors and supporters
• Explain campaign initiatives and answer questions clearly and confidently
• Help nonprofit partners connect with new supporters and expand community awareness
• Provide a professional and welcoming experience throughout each event
• Assist with event preparation, registration areas, promotional materials, and breakdown
• Share campaign observations and daily results with team leaders
• Work alongside other representatives to accomplish event and fundraising objectives
• Take part in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
