No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and hands-on marketing experience from day one. You will work directly with national brands and local campaigns, supporting live events, product launches, and experiential activations while building a strong foundation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
• Interest in marketing, promotions, events, or brand strategy.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or restaurant industries is a bonus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing daily marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events.
• Interact directly with consumers and event attendees to boost brand awareness, deliver brand messaging clearly, and drive customer acquisition.
• Support event setup, visual merchandising, asset management, and post-event breakdown.
• Collect valuable customer feedback and public insights to help our management team optimize future campaign performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and event coordination teams to meet client goals and daily promotional targets.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence as the face of well-known national brands.
