SG Inc. seeks an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to bridge connections with local communities, promote nonprofit initiatives, and raise awareness for humanitarian causes.

This role emphasizes outreach, relationship-building, and event support, with no prior experience required and comprehensive paid training from day one. You'll engage residents, coordinate with volunteers and partner organizations, and help drive attendance at campaigns and events while developing transferable

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in communications, sociology, or marketing is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a vibrant, public-facing personality.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings, weekends, or special community events as needed.
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with local communities to promote vital nonprofit programs, awareness campaigns, and upcoming charity events.
• Assist in planning, setting up, managing, and breaking down community outreach initiatives and pop-up events.
• Foster positive connections with community members, volunteers, and donor supporters to increase program participation.
• Manage guest registrations, sign-ups, informational materials, and on-site event logistics professionally.
• Monitor and track daily public engagement, event attendance, and localized impact metrics to help maximize campaign reach.
• Brainstorm and coordinate with internal team members and nonprofit partners to execute successful regional outreach strategies.
