Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or restaurant service experience valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Account Acquisition: engage with local consumers to build brand awareness and establish new client accounts.
• Client Representation: present product updates and messaging to convey brand accurately.
• Relationship Management: be a dependable contact for target consumers to drive retention.
• Campaign Logistics: assist with daily promotional setups and material distribution.
• Data & Tracking: log interactions, manage enrollment pipelines, and track metrics.
• Professional Development: participate in daily strategy meetings and workshops.
