Job summary

SG Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Brand Promotions Assistant in Rancho Cordova, CA to represent national brands at live events and activations. You will lead face-to-face interactions, deliver key product messages, and support promotional campaigns at multiple sites.

No prior experience is required as we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on marketing exposure to build a foundation in brand management and event marketing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; interest in marketing, communications or business is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable, self‑motivated, eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team player with a professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event services is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing, setting up, executing, and breaking down daily promotional campaigns and events.
• Consumer Engagement: Interact with target audiences to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and brand messaging to educate consumers.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage event materials, signage, and display inventory.
• Market Insights: Collect audience feedback and track event metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Cross-train with team members and brand managers to meet regional targets.
