Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC seeks an Associate Client Representative to support daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under supervision, you will deliver excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

You will set up and maintain accurate policy details in EPIC, craft communications using templates, endorse policies, create activities, and order loss runs, contributing to efficient service and strong client

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic formatting.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business to meet client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard client communications to carriers using templates and system letters.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign team members.
• Order loss runs.
