Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under a lead servicer, you will provide excellent client service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The role emphasizes accuracy in account details, policy information, and timely communications, with duties including creating activities in EPIC and coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member
• Order loss runs
