Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book. You’ll assist a lead servicer, ensure client satisfaction, and help retention through accurate account setup and timely communications.

The role requires 0-2 years in Commercial P&C, a HS diploma, and an active or near-term P&C license. Proficiency with EPIC and MS Office is expected to deliver accurate service.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Endorse policies in EPIC and create activities for team members.
• Order loss runs and support the lead servicer in a high-volume book.
