Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead servicer in managing a high-volume commercial book to meet client needs on time.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms (BOR, proposals).
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member.
• Order loss runs.
