Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under the direction of a lead servicer, you will deliver excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate policy data in EPIC, producing client communications, endorsing policies, and coordinating with team members to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member.
• Order loss runs.
