Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center production environment.
• Utilize an automated dialing system to contact customers regarding account-related matters.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding account status, payment options, and available resources.
• Assist customers with resolving early-stage delinquent accounts that are generally 1 to 30 days past due.
• Maintain daily productivity expectations while managing approximately 80-120+ customer interactions per day.
• Review customer situations and recommend appropriate payment solutions.
• Build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy during sensitive conversations.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, account updates, payment commitments, and resolutions within company systems.
• Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while speaking with customers.
• Meet established performance metrics related to customer service, call quality, attendance, productivity, and account resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and customer privacy standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
