Training lasts multiple weeks with nesting and bridge phases before potential conversion. Pay starts at $21.50 per hour, with a range around this figure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations when needed.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back inbound calls, sit at a desk, and use two monitors and several programs to assist members with account questions.
• Provide dependable and prompt service to company account holders, resolving issues efficiently.
• Support shift flexibility and adherence to training and nesting schedules.
