Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn on-site.
• Strong communication skills for site coordination.
• Understand basic safety practices in construction.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 85 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Field activities: observe, test, and sample soils, aggregates, and concrete.
• Perform routine field and lab tests following standards.
• Collect data, perform calculations, and assist with drafting.
• Communicate with contractors, technicians, and managers daily.
• Receive training in ECS methodology for observations and testing.
