Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
• Willingness to learn and develop CMT knowledge
• Ability to work safely with heavy machinery and construction sites
• Team collaboration with contractors, peers, and supervisors
• Physical ability to lift 85 pounds and perform field duties

Responsibilities

• Field Activities: observe, test, and sample soils, aggregates, and concrete on sites
• Perform routine field tests using standard methodologies and equipment
• Collect data, perform calculations, and assist with drafting duties
• Communicate site conditions and testing requests to supervisors and project teams
• Assist with organization and maintenance of field equipment and safety practices
