Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our Tampa office in a full-desk (360) sales role. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, placing top cloud-technology talent with high-value clients, and joining a high-performing team that celebrates wins together.

You’ll prospect, build client relationships, and manage the full lifecycle from first contact to placement, with uncapped commission and a comprehensive onboarding program.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred; cold-calling is a strong plus.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
• Resilience, drive and a hunger to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
