Tenth Revolution Group’s New York City office is seeking an Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant for a full‑desk, 360 sales role. You will own the full cycle—from prospecting to placement—serving high‑value cloud technology clients.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience required or preferred.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships via cold calls, email, LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and drive revenue.
• Lead client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor searches.
• Negotiate terms with new clients and manage the candidate lifecycle.
