Tenth Revolution Group in New York City is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant for a full-desk, 360 sales role where you will own the entire cycle from first contact to placement. You’ll place top cloud technology talent with high-value clients and join a tight-knit, high-performing team that celebrates wins together.

This on-site role features uncapped commission, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development, plus a clear promotion path with no politics involved.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred; cold-calling a strong plus.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.
• Total comp range: $49,000 — $70,000; base salary $49,000 with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
