Tenth Revolution Group in the U.S. is seeking an entry-level Recruitment Consultant based in Dallas. You will own the full sales cycle, placing top cloud-technology talent with high-value clients in a client-facing, 360 role. Expect aggressive targets, comprehensive onboarding, and a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will drive prospecting, client development, and interview coordination from first contact to placement, with uncapped commission potential and a clear promotion path.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Resilience, drive and desire to improve.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle - sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
