Qualifications

• College degree or 2 years of insurance administration experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs and an aptitude to learn new programs.
• Will abide by departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Loss intake and set up.
• Provide loss runs to internal and external customers.
• Assist with adjuster assignments.
• Assist with salvage processing.
• Verify and determine applicability of coverage.
• Provide superior customer service to all agents, insureds, and others encountered during the claims handling process.
