Job summary

Greenix Pest Control in Utah is seeking a Claims Agent to join our Claims Department. This entry-level role focuses on gathering information, documenting cases, and supporting the claims process from intake through closure.

You will communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and insurers, take statements, and help establish timelines, facts, and liability while ensuring all actions are accurately recorded.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims, insurance, customer service, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and insurers via phone and email to collect information and documentation needed for claims.
• Take statements from internal and external parties to establish timelines, facts, and liability.
• Manage claims from initial intake through investigation, coordination, and closure, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded in the claims management system.
• Review documentation, photos, estimates, and reports to confirm coverage, assess liability, and support fair, cost-effective resolutions.
• Maintain detailed notes and supporting records to ensure complete, compliant claim files.
