Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is hiring a Sales Audit Agent in Utah for a hybrid, part-time role at our corporate HQ. You will review data from sales and call centers to ensure accuracy and integrity of contracts, pricing, and notes, while addressing pay and account issues for field staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, a high school diploma or GED, willingness to pass a background check, and comfort with Google Sheets and Docs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new accounts sold by salesmen for contracts, pricing, and notes.
• Reply to incoming emails and resolve pay and account related problems.
• Review verbal agreements made by inside salesmen for accuracy.
• Complete ad hoc projects when assigned.
• Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task across internal programs.
