Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and insurance providers via phone and email to collect information and documentation needed for claims.
• Take statements from internal and external parties to establish timelines, facts, and liability.
• Manage claims from initial intake through investigation, coordination, and closure, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded in the claims management system.
• Review documentation, photos, estimates, and reports to confirm coverage, assess liability, and support fair, cost-effective resolutions.
• Maintain detailed notes and supporting records to ensure complete, compliant claim files.
• Collaborate with the Claims Manager and team to ensure claim accuracy and timely resolution.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Identify recurring issues or trends in claims data and share insights to support safety and process improvements.
