Job summary

Greenix is seeking an auditing agent in Utah to review data from sales teams and call centers, ensuring contracts, pricing, and notes are accurate. The role emphasizes accountability, positivity, and teamwork.

You will analyze accounts, respond to emails, and resolve pay and account issues while collaborating across departments. Strong communication and Google Sheets/Docs proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 19+ years old and able to pass a background check.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new accounts sold by the door-to-door salesmen for contracts, pricing, and notes daily.
• Reply to incoming emails and resolve pay and account problems from salesmen and technicians.
• Review verbal agreements made by inside salesmen for accuracy.
• Complete ad hoc projects when assigned.
• Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs.
• Learn new skills quickly as required.
