Qualifications

• Two years experience in credit, collection, or customer service work preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Search probate filings in probate courts across the United States via web, phone and mail following established guidelines.
• Follow policies, procedures and training guidelines.
• Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, outreach and research.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and protect confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other assigned projects as needed.
