Securian Financial in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Representative to join our Customer Operations team. You will support claims processing, review legal documents, and track beneficiaries in a structured, queue-based environment with precise administrative execution.

You’ll work with a small, high-performing team that values autonomy and continuous learning, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office collaboration on three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Claims Briefs: Compile, distribute, and complete claim briefs based on death notifications, coordinating with internal teams to gather contract data.
• Beneficiary Research: Investigate and verify beneficiary information for self-administered claims using internal systems.
• Legal Documentation Review: Process and validate transfer of ownership and power of attorney documents, ensuring compliance with state-specific legal standards.
• Accounting Support: Assist with claims voucher entries to ensure accurate fund transfers and offsets.
• Miscellaneous Processes: Participate in weekly and quarterly operational tasks as needed.
