Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or related program.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to try new things.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on land development projects.
• Get hands-on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation.
• Use tools like AutoCAD and HydroCAD to support real-world design and stormwater management solutions.
• Assist with engineering tasks such as performing calculations, preparing permit applications, writing technical specs, and creating exhibits and presentation materials.
• Take on a variety of project-related tasks, giving you broad exposure to how land development projects move from concept to construction.
• Other duties as assigned
