Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our Civil Group in Cleveland, OH. This role involves supporting the design and delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects while collaborating with teams and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in civil/site design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential. This role offers an on-site work environment with exceptional benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in civil/site design or municipal infrastructure.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of IDEM, DOT, and local stormwater and utility standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and final site design plans.
• Develop grading, drainage, utility and stormwater management designs.
• Review construction documents, technical specifications, and permit applications.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Civil/site design experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
