Qualifications

• Recent or soon‑to‑be graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related program with a focus on civil infrastructure
• Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to try new things

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on land development projects
• Get hands‑on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to support real‑world design and stormwater management solutions
• Assist with engineering tasks such as performing calculations, preparing permit applications, writing technical specs, and creating exhibits and presentation materials
• Take on a variety of project‑related tasks, giving you broad exposure to how land development projects move from concept to construction
• Other duties as assigned
