Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related program with a focus on civil infrastructure.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to try new things.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on a variety of land development projects (industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, affordable housing).
• Gain hands-on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to support design and stormwater management solutions.
• Assist with engineering tasks such as calculations, permit applications, specs, and exhibits.
• Take on project-related tasks, gaining broad exposure from concept through construction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
