Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates to join our West Lafayette, Indiana office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables, contribute to civil design and permitting, solve complex problems, and learn multiple tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS. ABET-accredited degrees by Summer 2027 in Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological/Biosystems,

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027.
• Majors include Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological/Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Develop familiarity with regulations and Kimley-Horn practices and standards.
• Learn software programs: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
