Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops familiarity with departmental design guides and standards.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to support design and construction of water and wastewater projects.
• Participates in project coordination meetings and resolves design challenges with client requirements.
• Performs routine research and develops equipment/materials recommendations.
• Prepares basic engineering calculations following standard methods.
• Assists with schedules, cost estimates, and deliverables for project execution.
• Focuses on internal client needs while understanding external drivers.
• Develops knowledge of engineering software and digital delivery methods.
