Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and apply BV processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Reads departmental design guides, standards, codes and BV policies to apply them in design work.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary project teams to support design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Participates in project coordination meetings and helps resolve design challenges while incorporating client requirements.
• Performs routine research and develops recommendations for equipment and material selection.
• Prepares basic engineering calculations following standard methods and principles used in similar analysis.
• Assists with development of project schedules, cost estimates and engineering deliverables to support project execution.
• Develops knowledge of engineering software, design tools and digital delivery methods.
