Job summary

Bohler’s Frisco, TX office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and grow. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and PMs on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater, contributing to projects for commercial, residential, and mixed-use markets.

You’ll benefit from hands-on mentorship, ongoing AutoCAD Civil 3D training, and exposure to all phases of land development to build your engineering career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• EIT is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn site design stages from concept to construction with mentors.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utilities.
• Assist with regulatory reviews and traction on redesigns as needed.
