Bohler in Washington, DC is hiring an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to learn, grow, and contribute on real land development projects. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and PMs on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management to help brands across commercial, residential, and mixed-use markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design/permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities.
• Learn at every stage of site design from concept through construction.
• Create site layouts and designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research zoning ordinances and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist with stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage with civic and professional organizations to build your network.
