Bohler’s Towson, MD office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring exciting land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if not proficient.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn every stage of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Review regulatory comments and assist with redesigns as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development programs and training.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with teams.
