Job summary

Bohler's Frisco, TX office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to learn, grow, and contribute to real projects. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

You'll use AutoCAD Civil 3D and receive mentorship, training, and exposure to multiple project types, from commercial to mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred; training provided if not yet proficient).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Motivation to take initiative and contribute to shared goals.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Learn every stage of site design from concept through construction with experienced mentors.
• Create site layouts and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist with regulatory comments, project redesigns, and stormwater reports.
• Participate in Bohler's Learning & Development programs and attend site visits.
