Bohler’s Westborough, MA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work with engineers, designers, and project managers on land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

You will contribute to commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, while laying the groundwork for a rewarding engineering career through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred; training provided if not yet proficient).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Motivation to take initiative and contribute to shared goals.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn each stage of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs.
• Research and interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
• Review regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
