Martin/Martin Wyoming, Inc. in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group. You will work with multiple project managers on a broad range of project types, gaining hands-on experience early in your career.

You will perform engineering calculations, drawing development, site visits, and learn about building codes, construction procedures, and client interactions. This role offers mentorship and growth as you develop core civil engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Structural, or related).
• FE Examination passed.
• 0–4 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and use of computer design and CAD software.
• Prepares details and calculations for project components and systems.
• Learns about products and construction procedures.
• Prepares and writes reports.
• Provides field observation during construction.
• Studies and applies building code and/or jurisdictional requirements.
• Reviews shop drawings and product submittals.
• Checks own work.
• Coordinates work with other disciplines.
• Acts proactively and proposes potential solutions to problems.
• Works overtime, when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
