Job summary

Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group in Cheyenne, WY.

You will work with multiple project managers on a broad range of project types and gain hands-on experience through field visits, design calculations, and CAD development. The role offers mentorship, ongoing professional development, and exposure to real projects tailored to the Mountain West region, with relocation support depending on role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Architectural, Civil, Structural or related field).
• 0-4 years’ experience or entry-level candidate.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and use of computer design and CAD software.
• Prepares details and calculations for project components and systems.
• Writes reports and performs field observation during construction.
• Coordinates work with other disciplines and reviews shop drawings.
