Job summary

Qualifications

• Substitution: 30 credit hours may substitute for experience.
• Promotional Only: two years of multi-step clerical duties at full-performance level.
• Vehicle for continuous use may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform beginning level Child Support case work under supervision.
• Locate parents, assets, and sources of income and apply the support formula.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
• Compile case information from public documents and other agencies.
