Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of clerical and/or paraprofessional experience.
• College credit substitution: 1 year of education equals 30 credit hours.
• Vehicle availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process beginning level child support cases and learn case development, notices to non-custodial parents, and enforcement steps.
• Locate parents, assets, and sources of income; calculate child support formulas.
• Respond to customer service inquiries; compose routine correspondence; maintain confidentiality of information.
