Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Paralegal or legal secretarial training may substitute for two years of required training.
• Experience in a legal setting performing legal research, reading and interpreting laws, and preparing legal documents.
• Experience in debt collections, credit investigations, criminal investigations, law enforcement, accounting, or auditing is relevant.
• Experience as Economic Service Worker or Family Support Specialist is acceptable.
• Any combination of the above may substitute for required training at a rate of one year for every 30 semester hours.
