• Reviews system information and reports to determine appropriate administrative enforcement action.
• Monitors child support cases and follow-up actions for compliance.
• Performs basic child support casework related to administrative enforcement processes.
• Develops working knowledge of state and federal regulations and child support policy.
• Assists staff in reconciling issues related to administrative enforcement processes.
• Responds to inquiries from child support participants and other agencies.
