Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with the public in person or by phone.

Responsibilities

• Review case documents to determine if a child support order is needed.
• Contact customers and service providers to gather information for paternity and orders.
• Establish, modify, enforce, and provide accounting records for orders.
• Apply federal and state laws, rules, and agency policies.
• Verify payments are properly disbursed and accurate against claims.
• Gather wage and health care information and apply guidelines to calculate support.
