Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience working with the public in person or by phone, giving information and solving problems.
• Experience with personal computers, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive employment reference check and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Review case documents to determine if a child support order is needed.
• Contact customers and service providers to establish paternity and orders.
• Establish, modify, enforce, and provide accounting for child support orders.
• Apply federal/state laws and agency policies and procedures.
• Verify payments and accuracy of state agency claims.
• Gather wage and health care information to calculate support.
