Responsibilities

• Support intake, gather information, and create case files for new child support cases.
• Assist with establishing paternity and child support through documentation.
• Review modification requests and prepare documents for review.
• Coordinate hearings and update databases with case information.
• Communicate with stakeholders about case updates and enforcement actions.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks for child support ledgers.
• Support legal case processing and ensure timelines and compliance.
• Complete training and cover additional caseloads as needed.
