Job summary

Paychex in Renton, WA seeks a results-driven sales professional to educate stakeholders, manage channel accounts, and drive new revenue through referrals and end-user sales. You will use Salesforce to track opportunities, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with accountants, banks, and clients for growth in a dynamic, full-time role.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid Drivers License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
• Collaborate with key referral sources, including Accountants, Banks, and existing clients, to education, consultation and secure referrals to end user sales.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with channel accounts via telephone, targeted email campaigns, and corporate marketing programs.
• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers in person or virtually.
• Develop sales skills and stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and relevant information to optimize results.
• Collect, complete and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within SLA guidelines.
• Address and elevate client concerns to Service Partners and follow up to ensure resolution.
• May be required to travel for visiting channel partners, training, and area meetings.
• Uphold company values with every interaction.
• Complete onboarding training curriculum.
